href="http://chris.pirillo.com">Chris Pirillo

Okay, I didn’t write this – live chatterr “AbblePC” did:

Have you ever enjoyed rolling a boogie between your fingers and that nice calm feeling you get while maintaining a circular motion, meanwhile gaining new skills at air drying and full motion control at the same time. Eventually you may have also got it to be tricky enough to move to another two fingers without dropping it.. well if you did, you know you would never find it in the carpet.

Where am I going with this you might ask? Well the new Mighty Mouse from Apple is just like, well very close, to that circus act you perform with your fingertip. Only this time its with the new scroll wheel they include within the mouse design that looks a bit like a deodorant roll on ball only this one is very small.. sort of like a boogie only nicer.. Much nicer and easy to control as it stays in one place as you move it about with your finger tip. It can be used to scroll up as well as down and sideways, whichever your computer app requires.. Its ability is much like a boogie though and can roll about in all directions to what ever suits your needs at the moment.

Only this one can also call you by your name if you wish.. The Bluetooth enabled mouse can be paired to your pc and given a name. When you connect via first turning it on, perhaps after un bagging your laptop in the conference room.. It immediately starts to call out your name like Jeff’s Mouse!… you simply choose it and your connected.. or you can make it automatic if you wish. Now what Booger can do all that

Now that’s a mouse I could work with and I wouldn’t have to worry about losing it in the carpet either. It fits nicely in the palm of my hand and makes a nice compact statement with the ever-popular Apple design. Pretty yet functional, while making even a designer want to use it as a centerpiece.

What boogie power does it have you may also ask.. Lots with its dual AA battery compartment and laser optics and of course Bluetooth that can be switched off with a flick of a laser cover on the under side of the mouse.. so you can nicely tuck it away for later use or in your pocket.. last time I tried that with, well a boogie.. it dried up and wasn’t so nice later. The mighty mouse with its pearl white covering will maintain a nice look and feel as long as you use it daily with an occasional wipe of a damp cloth.

Makes you kinda wonder, don’t it?<ul
