Clever? Maybe. I'm sure it will get the attention that they need. Negative attention is still attention I guess. Personally I think it's sad that some businesses have to resort to the risk of offending others to get people to talk about them. Is it funny? Not everyone will think so . I'm sure all those people out there that lost someone to a traffic accident will love how Jack in the Box is taking a situation like that lightly. either way does it matter? I can talk about Jack in the Box commercials all day. It's not going to make me like their food any more or less.
