They do summer technology camps all around the country and they have some great programs for teenagers that want to get into technology as a field. I've looked at their website and they have something called a Teen Leadership Program (http://www.cybercamps.com/teen-leadership-program.aspx) that sets teens up to be leaders in technology education.
