As an Electrical Engineer (Telecommunications) for the past 52 years I have had a more than passing interest in the so-called 'Free energy' sources and often wondered why there has been so little follow-up. Unfortunately it is going to require a marked change in sociological and scientific attitudes before more than a minor headway will be made in the development of these 'new' technologies for universal use.
