Spyware Enabler up for Industry Award!?!?
Uh… since when is ruining people's machines considered worthy of an
award? The Washington Software Association has named Loudeye a finalist for “Entertainment Product of the Year” in 2006. Who at the WSA is doing research on this? Are they only paying attention to theoretical business practices instead of what users are actually saying about them (ya know, in real life)? This has to be a mistake.

Well if you think about the type of people that run the “Industry” awards, I don't think it would be too hard to figure out. I am sure that we are talking about folks that have their head so far up.. they have no idea what they are talking about. The only award Loudeye should be entitled to is the cease and desist warrant from the FTC. Ignorance is bliss….
