for a simple way to do this for free is by installing a software called objectdock.
its a free program fro windows which gives a mac like feeling for the desktop. jsut google it and hav fun!!!

Pretty layout and nice docking trays. It’s very shiny, but I can’t help but wonder how bad it kills your RAM. That was and is the main problem with Macs is that their graphical layout killz RAM, and locks up the system so much. But like I said it looks unrivaled in appearance.
