1 important reminder: The spam should be fried.
1 suggestion: Fry it with one part sugar to one part soy sauce for a nice “teriyaki” variation.

That looks like a lot of work! I prefer my Spam straight-up between some whole wheat bread. No muss, no fuss, just pure sodium nitrate heaven. YUM!
