SoundPrism brings music to you in a way you’ve never seen before. Created by Audanika, this iPad app will mesmerize you for hours on end. It’s being touted as “an intuitive and fun way to express yourself, giving you a tool to create emotions with.” Any app that can figure out how I feel has to be seriously awesome, right?

The thing I love the most about SoundPrism is a small blurb on the creator’s about page: “We’re not entirely sure what SoundPrism is. We think it might be a musical instrument but we’re learning new stuff playing with it every day.” This app is so full-featured and well-coded that even the inventor is continually learning to do more with it each and every day.

The app was built specifically for the iPad and its multi-touch display. When you run it for the first time, you know that this little piece of code is a work of art. Trust me on this.
