I’ve never been to an Apple store. Seems like a good excuse to check one out. But I’ll leave the credit cards at home and bring my $30 in cash.

At the bottom of the live chris pirillo video is a chat room with multicoloured text. how do i go on this chatroom. if i click on the video it takes me to a twitter version but i dont want that. can some1 help

If you’re worried about being the first to get it you should probably go to your local retail store. I mean, there’s no guarantee that you’ll get SnowLeopard first if you order it, however, it’s also not guaranteed that it’ll be in stock when you get to the store either.

Personally, just save the planet and pre-order it from Amazon or something.

I pre-ordered through MacMall for $25. They said that if you select their special promo shipping for the Snow Leopard that you should have it delivered to your door step on Friday. We’ll see if they are telling the truth tomorrow.

I pre-ordered Snow Leopard 2 weeks ago.

I can’t get it because my iBook runs PPC G4 and because my nearest Apple Store is in Rome (No use if you live in North West Italy and because its the only one in the whole of Italy) so I’d have no choice but to pre-order it

I pre-ordered mine for 8 euros because of my recent purchase of a Macbook Pro.

I am going to the big london launch event! In the UK’s biggest apple store. Can’t wait!

Have planned to wait for a while and read a little about any quirks or bugs or particulars of doing a clean install, and decided it isn’t important to have it right away as Grand Central and OpenCL aren’t going to be incredibly prevalent immediately.

…then I got the usual spam, that I opted into, from Apple and pre-ordered. It will arrive either today or after the weekend. I’m a sucker once again…

What a mind job!

I need the M$ mail server capabilities at work and home, so I pre-ordered.

Just picked up my copy, they were down to five, but didn’t have to queue up for it, just got to wait til 4.30 so I can go home and install it!

I picked mine up on the day of release and am very pleased with my purchase. I did have a few issues with Mail but that’s sorted out and working fine. My screen saver’s don’t work at all I have looked for a fix but have had no joy so am stuck with the standard one’s for now.
All in All 10/10

My apple store is 2hours away and I don’t have a creditcard, so I’m just gonna wait till my next college break in 4 weeks to get it. and maybe there will be a .1 update by then so I won’t have to deal with any initial bugs.

Pre-ordered Snow Leopard from Apple. got it for $9.95, only because I got my Macbook Pro within the last two months. It arrived in 3 days from California to South Carolina.
