Smoothie Central
“Care to try a delicious smoothie? It's a great way to get your daily servings of fruit and cool off after exercise. Maybe you don't like to eat breakfast but need something in the morning to elevate your blood sugar. Or perhaps having a cold, frosty, sweet strawberry smoothie is the only way you're going to stop yourself from falling on that huge waffle cone at Baskin Robbins. Just take a quick survey of your fridge, dust off your blender, then pick out your favorite flavor from the recipes here.”

- 1 cup plain or vanilla soymilk
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- dash of vanilla for flavor
Blend. Frappe. Whatever.
