I like when people get mad and violently disagree with something I say. It's fun to laugh at them.

so…in other words, we can leave a comment so long as it fits nicely on the shelf next to what you think is right? people are going to dissagree with you sometimes, but to whine about people who post opinions in your blog is down right childish. if it bothers you simply remove the option to leave a comment…but i doubt you will ever do that.

Nay”, so obviously the only reason you maintain this blog and especially these comments is to allow the *** kissers to express their love for you. “by leaving a comment here in the first place, they immediately nullify their position”, again you lend credance to the fact that only people who agree with you (read: toss your salad on a daily basis) have valid points in this wonderful world of Pirillo. When you were on Tech TV you gained a following of fans. People who liked you because you seemed smart, but most of all nice. The sad thing is that it was just an act. In real life you are really just an ******* as can be seen time and time again here on your blog.

Katherine, you have hit the mail on the head. i think were getting to see peoples true colors now. im disgusted with how many people have this pissy attitude about what happened 2 years ago.

Please don't start these “troll” complaint posts, Chris. They make you seem very thin-skinned. Those flamers that go over the top are obvious to everybody anyway. If they go from being blunt to being vulgar, delete their posts. If you don't want to hear dissenting opinions, turn off comments. Hopefully, this was just a one-time gut reaction but I have seen other bloggers get into the “anybody who disagrees with me is a troll” rut and it gets tiresome real fast. Keep to the high road, man.

I think Chris is still really upset that he no longer works for Tech TV and his pent up anger is over flowing. Job prospects are not panning out as he hoped and may be realizing he has to move back to Iowa. Find your roots Chris.

Since we are in the subject of Sloppy Peepers and Trolls I would like to rant right about now. Will everyone stop calling knowledgepoint's toll free number I am tired of saying that my number is a private residence and not a business!

I'm afraid you lost me here dude. Would this statement not then imply that you are, by providing for reader feedback via a comments facility in your blog, actively soliciting nullified positions? What would be the purpose? Maybe you explained this when you stated “it's kinda fun to sit back and watch a few folks whine”. Well, perhaps I could suggest you also consider giving slugs in place of coins to the homeless or shouting “fire” in a crowded theatre as your next step toward building that enduring, if not endearing, legacy you mentioned.

I also liked watching you get tossed off TechTv.It was very amusing and I think stupid people should not be on TV. ;)

Ok, I'm not saying that I agree with everything Chris says, but some of you express a real dislike for the guy. My question to you is, why read his blog if you don't like him????

I can't imagine why people would read your blog just to then bag on you and extoll how stupid you are. I read it because it provides me some tips, links and occasionally humor :o), but why read if I hated you. DUMB.

People read people that they hate (or listen to people that they hate, or watch movies of people that they hate, or …) just so that they can find new (recycled) reasons for hating that person. “God, can you believe what Pirillo just said! God, I hate that guy! What an imbecile! See, wasn't I right?” It makes them feel superior somehow.

It's your blog, do what you want. Your passions as of late seem to be ranting, however. Why do I come back? I've read LG for years. You used to be funny and entertaining, even when being “passionate” about something. I keep reading in the hope that the good things will return. Take care.

Mr. Truth, you're on to something. What the Hell happened to this guy? It's like his ego swelled much too far for his intelligence to support. “Rent My Chest?” I don't know what's more idioptic, offering up his pudgy lily-white man-teets, or the fools who pay for the chance to embarass their brand on said teets. Somehow it doesn't strike me as a ringing endorsement for this “BrainTrust” scheme. Watch out Pirillo, you just might be working for a living soon, if you're not careful.
And Chris? Meryl's software reviews are the most interesting part of WindowsDaily of late. Think about it.
