You know as well as I do that a variety of software gadgets come built into every operating system or come packaged with almost every PC that will do this well at a low level of technical skill. Proprietary suites are fine for professionals who's time is worth more than the software, but you're pimping to people who need that $50 for textbooks, beer, and pizza when they'd be well-enough served with any burning software or online backup service. Good advice – but why pimp bunk software?
