Senator John Edwards took the stage at Gnomedex 6 to have a conversation with attendees about technology issues facing the United States both currently and in the future. Providing insight into his own stance on net neutrality, fielding questions about the future of the Democratic Party from a self-described “red-diaper baby” and listening to the issues the audience considered important were only part of this 45-minute dialog. This isn’t the typical political session where questions are screened ahead of time – everything here is raw and unfiltered. Regardless of which side of the political fence you currently sit, the Senator’s stance on political issues and his willingness to hear opinions he may not agree with make this among the best sessions at Gnomedex 6.
