This is not a broken picture link. It is an exercise in patience. Please wait for it to load completely. It may take ten minutes or longer. But if you don't watch it, it won't load. It's a new CSS trick I learned last Thursday. If you see a little box with a red 'x' inside of it, that means you have about a half hour before this thing completely downloads.
