Saving Twitter Conversations
Earlier today, I asked for help with saving Twitter conversations to my blog. Quite a few people responded (including a few programmers). I’ll be interested in seeing what develops, but I’m also happy to show you that @whozman helped me generate the following thread based on who responded to my two general queries…
I’ve given him some initial feedback, but it only took a few tweaks (and additions to my CSS) to make it look picture perfect. I’ve needed this for such a long time; I’ll finally be able to generate a full post based on responses.

Cool. I like it. Are you going to post instructions on how to do it when you’ve got it all figured out?

Looks good Chris, sleek.
It’s going to make those twitter giveaways pretty easy to do!

Great Twitter page. Could I have a copy of this twitter function please as I am creating a twitter plugin for my Wordpress theme and this is something I would definitely like to have. Can it be also limit on how many Twitter responses are displayed? Thank you.

It’s like a mini version of Twitter. How much time do you actually allow people to respond before cutting off the rest? Of course when you Tweet something else, the responses are gonna get all mixed up.

Your not going to litter your blog with it are you? I’ve noticed your blog posts are getting more cluttered with extra stuff… Still not sure if I’m feeling positively or negatively towards you doing this. I just hope that you will start writing a bit more because it’s always nice to hear your opinion in whats happening in the technology industry.

@whozman should package it up and sell it. I’d probably buy a copy and I’m sure a bunch of other people would too. :)

I have started using LoudTwitter. I have set it up to send my Twitters to my e-mail at the end of every 24 hours. If you do not have Blogger, LoudTwitter can also post directly to your blog.
I like sending it to my e-mail so that I can make sure to take out personal interactions that are not already filtered out (via excluding replies). I then go through and further explain/show the things I have been doing to readers. Yet another way to make the blog personal . :-)
