Salt Lake In-Laws

Gretchen's parents are en route to San Francisco to visit us. They left some time this morning from the great town of Breda, Iowa. Actually, they live in a township just west of town. But that's neither here nor there. Specifically, it's nowhere. Anyway, they were flying standby to get a good rate. Tonight, they'll be staying at the luxurious airport in Salt Lake City. With any luck, their journey will end tomorrow. No doubt, they'll be hitting all the tourist traps on the Embarcadero. I'd also like to bring them into the studio to watch us behind the scenes. Today's show, as expected, went smoothly. Computers are fun.

But I'm so tired of that Gateway commercial. I can't help but say “moo” every time I hear that stupid jingle. Dude, Phil's gettin' a Dell.
