Mr. Pirillo, I am nnot sure if you have ever used Safari vs. IE7, but I have found that the security and stabiltiy are 10x better, plus Safari does not crash like Internet Excplorer does. They provide developers to the WebKit open-source project which ported the engine to Windows. Second, the whole point of having another open-source is to improve.
