Anyways, no gimmick. I think that people who are speed/cubers probably are going to find absolutely no use in this thing (although many of them, including me, seem to wind up with these things as gifts), but it’s got a lot of things that are useful to ‘normal’ people.

I think it’s a great idea, business wide, I can see this thing sparking up some new interest in the puzzle, of course, from a practical perspective it’s absurd, but having that Solve For You feature (even though it is layer by layer) might just be enough to push people who normally don’t want to try into trying to follow the cube and figure it out on their own, just by watching it.

….it almost makes up for the revolution :p
