Rubik’s TouchCube

I’m sure all of you have played with a Rubik’s Cube at some point. There’s a new version out – the TouchCube. That’s right – it works via touch! This is the first completely electronic and solvable Rubik’s Cube. Just slide the lighted squares with your finger from any side or direction and watch the move automagically! The colors pulsate, fade, and change while the TouchCube recharges in its stand.
It’s extremely addictive, let me tell you (and I’m very glad they sent it to me to review). I sat here for hours playing with it, attempting to solve it. There’s a “shuffle” button, as well as a “solve” button. Yes, I admit it… I used the solve button. You’re always going to swipe whatever is the top-most section of the cube, so you’ll have to turn it like you would the old one.
There’s even an “undo” button, as well as a “hint” button. That’s pretty cool, and makes it easier to actually (maybe, if you’re lucky!) solve this thing! You can tell someone that you’re really good – and then use the solve button to impress them! They’ll never know the difference, right?
You know you want one of these. Heck, you might even want to give a few as gifts to people this holiday season!

Real rubiks cubes are inherently solvable if you don’t take them apart and rearrange them (maybe even then, I don’t know). Sorry, I’m not sold on this. Besides being touch, what’s the gimmick? Can you put pictures on it or something?
