I have the Roku, but there are two majors flaw in using it for both netflix and amazon's video on demand.

For Netflix, the only way you can watch movies from the Roku is to first add them to the queue from your computer. There is no way to search and add to your "watch instantly" queue from the couch (unless you have a laptop in your lap).

This issue of non searchability is the same for Amazon's video on demand. While the movies are divided up into categories that you can search through on your tv, there is no way to type in a name of a movie and search for it. With 40,000 titles, it may be a very long time before the movie you want to see comes up on the scrolling feature. But overall, it's a very cool feature.

Now if only Roku integrates hulu.com WITH a search feature, then I think I won't even need my satellite service anymore.

Already have one.

Since I've had it, it seems more like I am subscribing to Netflix's streaming service and getting DVD's as a bonus, rather than the other way around.
