Relationship Humor
Ponzi and I have been married for a little over a year now, and it’s been pretty amazing – no joke. I can’t imagine my life without her, if only because she has given me a true reason to live. I’m not just trying to score public brownie points here (or make the rest of you look bad). There’s no secret to how we make things work, since we both work with one another from the comfort of our own home: HAVING A SENSE OF HUMOR.
There are days when our respective funny bones aren’t in sync, but those days are few and far between when we’re really in the thick of things – it’s when we get bored that things tend to get stressful. Because of that, I’ve been given giggle-clearance to post the following comics… which means, when Ponzi saw the images, she giggled (which I believe is akin to giving me permission to continue sharing them with the world).
And now, let’s see if I can get a giggle out of you:
I swear, these conversations really happened (well, maybe the comics were BASED on actual conversations). I think I’ll continue with the comic catharsis indefinitely (when inspiration strikes).

That is adorable.
A sense of humor is definitely key to my marriage as well. Since my husband has been deployed for most of our first year of being married, jokes and things like this keep our conversations light and ‘giggly’. Without our shared sense of humor, this deployment surely would be worse than it already is.
As for the comic, adorable it is but it also portrays conversations my husband and I would most likely have if he tried rendering a comic from something we talked about. Because of that, it rates pretty high on my Giggle-Meter. Good job and can’t wait to see more.

Bitstrips is Great. For any Comic lovers out there Bitstrips is a great way to make your OWN comics and its not hard at all. Bitstips can make some things better but its only in the First Beta so its still early.

Hah, these are great – and I couldn’t agree with you more.
I’ve been with one girl my whole life, since we were 15 – we’re 22 now.
Having a good sense of humor leads to other qualities I believe, the fact you’re comfortable enough to joke around with each other and laugh with each other, creates an open relationship – one where you CAN talk more serious when you need to and I’ve found in the 7 years I’ve been with the same girl, talking about any little thing, and being able to do so in comfort and detail has kept us together in the roughest times.
These strips are awesome Chris, I think I’ll give it a try!
