I hope people take your good advice. I just came back from an excellent camping trip five hours from my city. Swimming in a lake, watching hawks dive out of the sky, eating fresh cherries, laughing with my friend til the wee hour like schoolgirls, playing with our kids... It all makes a huge difference! A quite retreat is the best for me. Sorrounded by nature is even better. Going to Hana or Keanae is Maui is a good place for this, but even in the city we an find a quiet place.
