Two things:

1. Get rid of Norton. Use a freeware like AVG because they keep their virus database updated. My mom had 2800 threats on her computer and it found and deleted all of them.

2. Don’t use Microsoft Outlook. It is one of the top programs that
allow viruses to sneak through…remember the Love Bug? lol

It’s amazing how many wireless networks you can connect to that don’t have a password, then type 192.168.1.1 and guess the name and password to get into someones router. You can even brick their router by doing a faulty firmware upgrade.

“sounds like an idiot would use a combination on their luggage” I thought it went “sounds like an idiot would use a code on their briefcase”… gotta love spaceballs, funny movie. ^_^ I’d also like to add, NEVER!!!! use VNC!, I was hacked through it, and my computer was purposly crashed because of this, and that person also tried to steal my identity.

sometimes just restarting the computer can erase data. i know all the computers at my school have this rootkit or something like that made by microsoft, that erases all the data saved onto the computer after it restarts. this would eliminate all cookies and anything else saved to the computer.
