I painted my plates with it exactly following the directions. I just got a photo ticket for going 11 mph over the speed limit. I got the ticket at night with a very bright flash, so it should have reflected. The picture of my plate was very clear and readable. Don't waste your money on photo spray. This doesn’t work.
