I prefer getting my photos printed form the local photo printer. Usually i go down to Wal-Mart and i get my photos printed out there, i just find it easier because they have the self printing computers so it's easy to pick what you want and edit on the spot if you need to. :)

Me and my wife have been using snapfish.com for several years now. Many of the online printing places offer 10 or 20 prints for free when you sign up, so we had a few photos printed off at each and compared them. We sent one of the same picture to all the places so we could compare them directly, and SnapFish turned out to be the best, and also the cheapest. I'd recommend doing something similar, as your tastes may be different than ours. The customer service with SnapFish has been great, and when I got bad prints one time (due to something about the file), they gave me a credit for free prints to make up for it.

I prefer the quality of the online printers over home printers and local places we go (Target/Walgreens/etc.), and compared to either of these options, SnapFish is the same price or cheaper, even when you factor in the shipping costs.

I find it easier to just pay to have the printed. In my opinion its cheaper and higher quality. Plus you dont have to do it your self just drop them off and come back in a hour.

its alot less hassle getting a digital printer though isnt it. i have to go a mile to the nearest boots store to print. the only prblem is the prices. abit outrageous. the printing paper costs a ton but then when you buy aload it doesnt run out so fast. and its hard to choose your pictures. so i agree with you i think,
