Pedometer Walking
Since I've started to track my daily input and output through CalorieKing's desktop software, it's been suggested that I also track my daily steps. I'd say I walk an average of… maybe 25 feet during the day? From the bedroom to the computer. Of course, I'm not allowing for short trips to the fridge for yogurt, I suppose. Just to get a handle on my walking habits, I've gotta get a pedometer. There are so many of 'em out there, and I'm really not keen on pedometers that come with diet cereal. I did a quick search for pedometers and turned up plenty of results. Problem is: I don't know what I'm looking for in a walk-tracker.
