P2P Manifesto
I'm not sure how long the P2P Manifesto will last, but… at least somebody has written one. I wouldn't be surprised if the RIAA or MPAA sued Marco Montemagno for posting it. P2P isn't all bad. I got the 8bitpeoples MP3 Archives Vol. 1 from Legal Torrents yesterday. All torrents were not created equal.
Either server centralized systems or decentralized ones are evolving, improving every day, adding new features that makes, as a matter of fact, totally useless both complaints issued by Majors and technical surveilling countermeasures.
Companies can benefit by P2P technology both for empowering their products distribution (products, content, information, etc.) and for creating new kind of business.
Market it has been refreshed by P2P, enlarging the number of players and the market size itself.
Users enjoy sharing all possible information.
It’s natural that they have immediately adopted P2P technology, to have what they want when they want.
Without intermediation and directly from the “info owner.”
File sharing is evolving to “social sharing” where individuals share all kind of social interesting information.
Oh, and what about that television show that I missed last night – because my recorder was busy recording something else? I have the ultimate cable TV channel package, and network television is “free” anyway. If I download a file that still has commercials, bugs, and crawls – what exactly am I doing wrong? Seriously, if I already paid Comcrap to have the ability to watch that show, does it really, honestly, truly matter how I watch it? Get off my P2P back!

By the quote marks I take it you realize network television isn't really free; somebody, somewhere is paying for it. A rip of a TV show with commercials in tact is a rare thing, I would think. As for what you're doing 'wrong' that's better left to legalists. Legally wrong, maybe. Generally wrong, hard to say.
