I would never use anything like the Otterbox on my iPod - and you know me and my gadgets. If you don't want to splurge on something like the Vaja iPod case (it's leather, and expensive), go for something like the cases from Pacific Design. In fact, I have one I can give to you - we review it on Episode 3 of The Bleeding Edge (should be up tomorrow or Sunday). Keep an eye on the <a href="http://www.gearlive.com/index.php/news/category/Videocasts/" rel="nofollow">Videocast category at Gear Live</a>. It's a $25 case that just works. I've got their case for the PSP, and it's absolutely top notch. Their new one for the iPod 5G is on its way to me, but I've got their one for the Shuffle, and I've seen the one for the Nano, and they're very solid.
