Unfortunately you still have to install a copy of realplayer to use them, but you can get a stripped down non-bloatware version and turn off all the crap that runs in the background... For my money WinAmp can't be beat, esp. with the plugin arcitecture they have, I despise WiMP. Make sure to use the free MilkDrop (<a href="http://nullsoft.com/free/milkdrop)" rel="nofollow">http://nullsoft.com/free/milkdrop)</a> plugin with WinAMP for some absolutely trippy visualizations.
