The thing I hate the most about the Microsoft and Linux security blather, et al, is that it diverts the attention from the real horror: you are going to do something insanely stupid to you and your friends long before something malicious happens from a stranger.
What do I love about Linux? Two words. &quot;Permission denied.&quot; That has saved me from my Homer Simpson Bozo Idiot self so many times I can&#039;t tell you.
It just irks me when ScreenSavers will say something like &quot;never open an attachment from someone you don&#039;t know!&quot; Oh, it&#039;s the people you DO know... the ones with your e-mail address in their address books -- that you must guard against. You and your posse are dangerous to each other.</description>
