I have a matrox card and have been running XP since beta2. I can't say for certain, but I seem to remember the beta version not having this problem. At any rate it is very annoying in the final version of XP. I sent my letter to Microsoft. For nvidia cards the fix on that site works great, but I have a Matrox card. I do not want to have to pay $30 to fix a bug in XP. XP was among other things supposed to take the need away from some 3rd party apps. This totally goes against that. Thanks for the link there.
