A computer is completely useless with out the internet of any kind.Life without the internet sucks big time.I hate it when my cable is down.Oh dont call customer service.You’ll only get upset at how stupid they are.And they talk down to you.Come on now,you’re a seasoned savvy user.Dont tell you dumb stuff to do.I have Comcast.You know Comcast bought our Warner in the Houston,Texas area.I’am disabled and may wake 3 in the am.And when i do i want my internet.And i’ll call they butts to just get upset with what they tell me.Take care and great surfing everybody.

LAST MONTH MY CABLE WAS DOWN FOR A FEW HOURS,SO I HAD TO USE AOL DIALUP,I PAY 11.99A MONTH FOR B/BAND WITH 200 MIN DIALUP INC,I USED MY DIALUP TIME PLUS A COUPLE OF HOURS OVER,THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE EXTRA TIME,WHICH I NEVER USE D/UP ANYWAY.I CALLED AOL TO COMPLAIN, AND TOLD THEM I WANTED TO CANCEL MY PAY ACCOUNT,AND WANTED FREE AOL,THEN THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE A 5.00MO UNLIMITED PLAN,ALL THESE YEARS THEY NEVER SAID SHITABOUT IT,BY THE WAY THEY JUST RAISED THE RATES,I WAS PAYING 9.95,I STILL SAID I WANTED FREE AOL,OK I GOT IT,WHAT A BUNCH OF AHOLES,INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING ME A CREDIT,THEY LOST A PAYING CUSTOMER,AND WHATS FUNNY,MY CABLE PROVIDER IS TIME WARNER,AOL IS TIMEWARNER,RR IS ALSO PART OF TW,I STILL SAY WHAT A BUNCH OF BIG AHOLES,ANYWAY I WAS LOST WITHOUT B/BAND FOR THE FEW HOURS,IT WAS LIKE BEING IN A CAVE.
2>I PURCHASED AN OPEN BOX DELL FROM MICROCENTER,DONT EVER BUY AN OPENBOX UNIT,WHAT A CURSE,I GOT HOME,SET UP AND COMP SAID ON STICKER VISTA HOME PREM,BUT UNIT HAD XP,AND COULD NOT GET INTERNET TO WORK,NO MATTER WHAT I DID,WENT BACK TO STORE,THEY INSTALLED VISTA,(FROM DIGITAL SOFTWARE)BUT STILL GAVE ME BACK THE B/UP DISC WHICH WAS PACKED WITH THE UNIT,ANYWAY,WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO INSTALL XP,DO I HAVE TO FORMAT THE HD,OR IS THERE AN EASIER WAY,REMEMBER”DONT BY AN OPEN BOX COMPUTER,YOU ARE GETTING SOMEONE ELSES HEADACHES”
