Why? Any modern car has produced half of it's lifetime emissions by the time it left the factory. Nothing that's going to happen while you're driving it is going to change that. Keep driving the same car instead of replacing it every few years, and you'll do more for the environment than a car full of heavy toxic metals and other battery components.
