We are just now finding this out at my company. Today they are coming out for the fourth time to try to fix this. For the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would do business with a cable company as a consumer or business. They will screw you any way they can at some point. It's in their business plan. Give Speakeasy a call, they can get you hooked up with a T1 at a reasonable rate and they have the best, most ethical business policies and customer service around.

Typical cable monopoly mentality.
