So maybe you can share your knowledge with us in more detail:
How do you get the sound in sync? Are using a USB-mic? Or do you get the sound via Camcoder?
Are you using 4:3 Format?
Do you use a third party Live-Encoding Software apart from CamTwist (like Adobe Flash Media Encoder is for the Windows World)? Quicktime Broadcaster?
I just ask, because I never could get such a goog picture quality using ustream.tv like you.
