Multiple Sclerosis

My good buddy Randy just blasted me a rather somber e-mail. He's got MS / ALS and it's acting up again, rendering his right arm completely useless this time. He happens to be right handed, so I can only imagine how frustrated he is. For those who didn't already know, Randy has been the Ambassador for the Lockergnome newsgroups pretty much since their inception. He's also someone who enjoys playing with graphics programs (like PhotoImpact, PhotoShop, and the like). If you know of any resources that might help Randy in his current situation, I'd appreciate knowing. Hell, I'm sure he'd appreciate knowing more than I would.
