Chris,

Who are the people in the security community who are falling all over themselves recommending this product? I don't mean to disparage it, but if there's consensus in the IT Sec community about an anti-spyware solution or even approach, I have yet to see it. I'm sorry for saying so, but this strikes me as a straight out ad, and not up to the standards of your usual posts.

Do you bother with an antivirus for mac or have you just set the permissions and the ownership of the /applications folder to root and then run normally on a low privileged account?

Reply via twitter pls,

If only the malware authors were as convincing as Chris Pirillo is at selling a product. I am not criticizing Chris for making a living, however I do wish the advertisements and the content were a little easier to distinguish with the naked eye. When is the last time you saw Chris make a negative review about a product?
