Mouse design is one area that Apple has always sucked at. Why? It seems that Apple's design sensibilities mandate symmetry, and they aren't deterred by the fact that a hand is not shaped symmetrically. Also, while Apple has rightly prioritized ease of use over a feature checklist, it's stupid of them not to offer a "power user" mouse as an option. Me, I loves me some Logitech, and even though Microsoft sucks at making software, they make great mice. About the only good thing I'll say about Apple re: mice is that they built their OS to easily use *any* mouse. I’m a long-time Mac nut, and I hate the so-called Mighty Mouse.
