I am experiencing a different type of problem: I am running Windows Vista Home Edition on a Toshiba Satellite computer driving a Lexmark X4650 WI-FI printer. So far I have gotten the runaround from Microsoft and Lexmark because of communication failures every 2-3 days require Ing a reboot of the system to put the printer online. About six months ago, Lexmark was able to correct the problem using a remote access system. Now Lexmark no longer offers access to service techs. I have ridden Microsoft can about the problem as evidenced by the attached Problem signature

This is the biggest piece of crap that I have ever had the misfortune of using. It shuts down evertyime I want to use it, it says computer error every time I open a new window. Why windows would ever unload this piece of shit on us I don’t know, but I’m fed up. fuck you Windows, I’m going to mack

Mr Chris or whatever they call you. I know you are a well respected man and I see you talk many pros about windows 7.
Why don’t you start talking about the cons also ?
Begin with the Homegroup that until today I have not seen a solution to make this work or did you not try it yet.
In my opinion it’s something that everybody need at home these days.I am still struggle here to make it work and weeks are passed by and still no solution. Microsoft WebSite explain the how to and I doubt they really test it seriously

I think that Vista is the worst operating system I have ever used, they should reimburse us for this lousy system, I have to reboot no less than 4 times to get info, at first, if works fine, and then it will freeze, and I cannot go to another site, nor can I back out of it, I am forced to totally go to Task manager, which dosen’t work incidently, and I have to totally get out of the whole system, and come back. What a shitty system! I can never finish anything that I start, Thank you Microsoft! I am looking into buying a MAC so I never have to deal with your shitty programs again! Thank You! A. Corona

I really really HATE windows Vista.Iam a senior of 59 years old and I enjoyed using the computer UNTIL I had to get a new system and it came with Windows Vista.. I can’t began to tell you all the programs I have with thisprogram. You should be ashame of yourself to put such junk on the market. We trust you, those who know about computers to protect those of us who just want to enjoy exploring new adventures. I should not have to figure out just how to understand when things go ” fooly” . You should cancel all vista and go back to pendelum that works, after all you will want me to buy another system some day

Okay, well I got a new laptop last year. It is a HP Pavillion dv6000, and personally I’m thinking about switching to Mac, because it just seems more appealing. I wouldn’t have to deal with annoying pop ups stating that I must renew the anti-virus software… Because Mac doesn’t really get viruses. And the new Macs can now run Windows XP which I personally think is better than Vista. Yes my laptop runs on Vista. And I don’t like it one bit. When I try to go fix something. It always ends up freaking out one way or another and than crashing. PS: It always crashes any sort of game that you play… Really, it does.

MSN Vista should not have been allowed to be produced till it had gotten all the bugs out of the program. XP is far and away user friendly. MSN might what to be in the fore front but it had to have a product that is worth updating to and Vista that I have used has not lived up to the billing MSN would have you believe. Vista should be removed till such time as its quality matches the hype.

i have tried to buy windows vista update my windows products you name it there are so many obstacles windows wont let me buy on line wont let me submit birthdate etc, credit card works everywhere else but at windows i am so frustrated i cant remove pop up blocker i have even had a computer expert try to un block windows block to no avail sos sos sos sos why do they make it so hard to buy thier product everytime i try to use live windows they tell me my password is wrong i have changed it over and over i am ready for a nervous breakdown over microsoft that is supposed to be so great ha product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????hlelp

I am a new user of Windows Vista, aren’t we all.

For years I have used Microsoft Outlook, and other information databases to initiate telephone calls.

I am using currently using Windows Vista, Microsoft Outlook and an ADSL connection but cannot make telephone calls.

Can anyone advise?
