It seems there's a demon loose in our mail system, trying to eliminate exchanges with customers. I'm sorry for the delay in any case. We're trying to get that immersive experience across all feedback systems, and actually that has been the goal for Connect itself all along - that you'd see your feedback across all products/programs. I've asked Marie Hagman - who works in my team and who has driven much of DevDiv's Ladybug usage for the past 18 months - to make sure you get an early peek at where we are going.
