If you try and register a URL with the word Ford in it like fordsucks.com or fordreview.com, you&#039;ll get served papers. I remember another case a few years ago that ticked me off where a pretty commonly used phrase was trademarked. It happens all the time.</description>

		<description>I suppose Microsoft could trademark the work blog and then come out with a new tablet called &quot;The Blog&quot;. Write your enties on your new &quot;blog&quot; and have it post to whatever site. That way they can charge even more money for something no one will use.</description>
