May I have S'more?

Per today's report (which is on fire), I made some smores last night. Don't know if I want any smore tonight, but a new fire is blazing in our fireplace already thanks to some starter logs and a piece of flint. It's been forever and a day since I last had a smore (or smores, or s'mores, depending on how you write it). However, I think the easiest smore to make is the smore I smum… stumbled into last night. Take a Kit Kat, apply melty marsmallows to it, and voila! The wafers aren't quite graham cracker “quality,” but they're good enough and far easier to manage without getting yourself all ooey and gooey. Ponzi didn't go for the s'mores – she made vanilla pudding instead. And let me tell you just how difficult it is to keep pudding on a stick while trying to melt it over a fire. Pudding is not s'mores material.
