Mass Effect: Xbox 360 Game Sneak Preview

I received an advance copy of Mass Effect for my XBOX 360 this week. This game hasn’t been released for the public yet, but I’ve been allowed to show you a one minute long sneak peek of game play. The game will be available for retail purchase on November 20th, 2007.

Set 200 years in the future in an epic universe, “Mass Effect” places gamers in a vast galactic community in danger of being conquered by a legendary agent gone rogue. A spectacular new vision from legendary developers BioWare, “Mass Effect” challenges players to lead a squad of freedom fighters as they struggle against threatening armies to restore peace in the land. “Mass Effect” is the first in a trilogy of games with an overarching story, where the real conflict between organic beings and artificial intelligence comes to life in startling clarity.

Off the cuff, the control and effects of game play are good. Look! When the characters are running, they actually have a bit of a ’swagger’ to them, instead of running straight-on. That makes it more realistic. The detail is amazing. I didn’t think much would top Halo3 as far as detail, but this game is definitely on par.

VRandGNR U suck cuz xbox 360 owns man we make way cooler games but i do like the eye of judgment on ps3 but shut up man u think ps3 is all that, Its good that pc,360 and microsoft are a like.Mass Efect is a great game by watching it.

What does it matter whether the 360 is better than the PS3 or not? They are just pieces of technology used for playing games! I have no idea why anyone becomes so defensive about their favorite console. And I totally disagree with leviathan1988uk’s review. It’s more like giving two ten year olds a couple of bottles of whiskey, and putting them in a box together.

To be completely fair, if anyone was to be serious about the console wars it’s generally down to what kind of games you want to play. Since most XBox360 games are almost always on the PC I don’t see much point of it, It’s an okay peice of kit but to me it’s just a non-upgradable PC. Take what you will of that.

Both consoles are over-rated to **** anyways, people say they’re all that but so far I haven’t been wow’d by either console yet and I can quite easily say this since I have both. Before people say I’m a rich spoilt *******, I earn £5.05 an hour and do about 20 hours a week combined with college. I worked hard for my lesuires.

If people were to talk about this game and disgrace it by saying how **** it is, blah blah. Yeah whatever, it might not be your cup of tea. People worked hard on this game, and it pulled off greartly, I can quite easily say that this game is golden for the 360 and currently not many PS3 titles can compare. Sadly DMC4, Turok and GTAVI are coming out on the 360 so there’s not much exclusivity between the consoles.

So the question really is.
Do people want the cheaper XBox360 that has more option of games thanks to corporate Microsoft. Sadly it comes with the already out-dated HDDVD. (This is a fact people, don’t even argue on this point) Or do people want to keep up with the times and faith of the PS3, with the ability of more memory storage granting better quality of gaming it’s looking good. Only problem is lack of games and no one using the full potential.
