jeff, starbux is like a fast food burger joint- you're gonna get the same cup no matter which one you go into, but it's never gonna be amazing, just predictable. peets is like your local burger joint. the coffee is better cuz they don't have to make beans for 90,000 stores. plus they use the best soy milk if you don't drink the real stuff

I will admit, because this is the only place where the people will understand… I tried one of them S'bucks Toffee Lattes today (hey, when there's a S'bucks in the Safeway, you gotta… like when in Rome…). I feel so dirty. I must go grind some Peet's beans now…

I'm from Canada and we have Starbucks here, just one it's a small town. And you guys rave about Peet's, my wife and I are huge into Starbucks…Is there really a huge difference over starbucks and peets?
