Mac mini Deals

ustreamer-79507: where is the best place to buy mac minis at low prices?

If you’re looking for a new Mac mini with an Intel Processor I would go with MacMall. They’re consistently the cheapest of the merchants that I buy from. If you’re looking for a deal on a used one (especially the older G4s) I’d try eBay.

Nope, not MacMall. Not ever again. I bought my first MacBook from them. They told me there were four rebates in force on various parts of my purchase. While I was on the phone with them during the ordering process, they e-mailed me the applicable rebate coupons. When I put the rebate mailings together, I checked everything three times to make sure I’d followed instructions *to the letter.* I got rejections on two of them because they “couldn’t identify the rebate program” to which they belonged. I searched on-line after the fact, only to discover that MacMall is batting about .500 on actually *honoring* rebates. Let ‘em eat cake. I wouldn’t buy another thing from them again if they were the last Mac store on earth!
