		<description> That&#039;s what I did but jogged up to 4-5 hours during  the summer. I went from 270lbs to 185lbs. Cutting out corn syrup and sugar also helps plus a vegetarian diet.</description>

For me that burns about a 1 k.g. a week but everyones different. Also try to do some weights focus on big areas like your back chest and legs as that will help burn more fat.</description>
