You get what you pay for, so I hope that you are going to pay this intern; considering how important Gnomedex is, you want professional level skills, which may not rest with a volunteer. An exception might be somebody who has demonstrated skills, has done this in the past(paid or unpaid) and will use this experience with you and Ponzi as a bridge to get back into the workplace. Gnomedex is too important to you & Ponzi to have an amateur screw it up.
