Let's Go Shopping!
It's time for Chris to clean out his closet and consolodate his cache. Hence, he's giving you first crack at any of the following items. Some, he inherited from close friends - but every piece is in great (to excellent) condition. Buyer pays S&H:
- Tungsten C (Box / Manuals) - $325
- Dell Inspiron 8100 +256 - $1800 (Lease)
- Memorex 40EMAX - $75
- Toshiba SD-3109 (Box / Manuals) - $200
Either they go largely unused in my home, or loved to death in yours. Since I'm not a very motivated seller, dickering probably isn't in the cards. I'm sure one could make a mint by putting it all on eBay, too - which might happen if other avenues prove to be dead ends. Shoot me your interest level and/or offer. I may even throw in a bonus or two if you need extra cables, etc. UPDATE: Instead of posting new items here, I've started a separate thread for them over in our forums. If you're looking for Wi-Fi stuff, I may have what you need.

Wishing I had a job that paid me well enough to buy stuff. Having no money really sucks sometimes. I think I'll just go make myself some popcorn… :)

It seems to me that certain turncoats, traitors who move to LaLa land shouldn't have links to BayBloggers on their blogs anymore.

Man, I wish I had an extra $300. I could really use that Tungsten. But alas, that's the perk of working in the state with the highest unemployment in the nation: While I may have a job, 'tis not as high paying as it could/should be.

Congrats, Chris, from someone who has been following Lockergnome since around 1999.
Good stuff, all the way. Though I really think you should start running GNU/Linux so you don't need to reinstall your Windows all the time >:)
