I agree with that concept. If it was Labor day that means you are working, but if you are not Laboring then you are not doing anything. As for me I had to work anyway today, it was a techie call day for me.

I labored today. I work at a restaurant (for now). Guess where everyone who gets the day off goes when they're feeling hungry?

I've always considered Labor Day to be 'labor in the yard on Monday rather than Saturday' day.
Normally things would go as scheduled, but that darn hurricane Frances has to come and wreck my schedule.
