I am already having problems with one spot and that being the spot in which I put the adapter into the side of the camera and well it has pushed in and is unretrievable. so now I cannot charge it to take picture's and cannot retrieve the picture's that are presently on there. I am going to require some help as in what I can have done and maybe what the company is willing to do to help seeing how it was your company that we felt had a greater standing on many products.I am looking forward to your help and hope to chat soon and get some results quickly.
